Our crew had the opportunity to spend some time with the amazing folks from Alpha Dominche and their incredible Steampunk brewing technology at the 2014 SCAA show in Seattle. After some in depth, hands on machine time two things were clear: we needed to work with these machines and we needed to distribute them. That’s how good we think they are.
