Summary:  The cafe team member is responsible for day-to-day operations that revolve around the register and drip coffee areas. This includes tasks such as, interacting with customers, taking orders, cash handling, preparing tea, and making drip coffee. Together with the rest of the staff you are also responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the café.

 Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but not limited to:

  • Interacting with customers
  • Giving change & serving
  • Keeping the café clean
  • Point of sale system
  • Understanding our menu
  • Dishes
  • Maintaining pastry case and drink fridge
  • Making tea & Brewing coffee


  • Must possess an upbeat, self-starter personality with a strong interest in customer service
  • Must display a clean and well groomed personal appearance
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to interpret, understand and follow instructions
  • Ability to work in a group
