Our mission is to source and roast the finest coffees on the planet and deliver them to you – FRESH. To make that happen, we fire up our roasters Monday through Thursday of each week. Any order received before 9am, on a roast day, will be roasted and shipped within 24 hours.

  • Guatemala Tasting Pair

    Two twelve ounce bags of exceptional coffee from Guatemala, Dos Socios and Cuxinales.Dos Socios Dry floral aroma with flavors of blueberry, sultanas, cotton candy, chocolate covered cherries and a spice note of cumin. Rounded acidity and silky smooth mouthfeel.

    Concepción Villatoro Matias founded Finca Los Dos Socios in 1990 and runs the farm with his son. The name Los Dos Socios translates to “the two partners”.

    Along with three additional staff, they run the farm and wet mill and currently produce approximately 200 bags of coffee per year. Don Concepción’s  coffees have received many awards over the years including Best Cup of Huehuetenango.

    The thing that struck us most about this Pacamara from Los Cuxinales is its vibrant character. Never before have we experienced such a lively, juicy cup in a Pacamara variety.

    Cuxinales

    The thing that struck us most about this Pacamara from Los Cuxinales is its vibrant character. Never before have we experienced such a lively, juicy cup in a Pacamara variety.

    Los Cuxinales is located in Southern Antigua in a favorite area of ours called Sacatepéquez. Sacatepéquez is a remote part of Huehuetenango that has very different soil than its surroundings. The soil here is quite sandy. The farm gets its name from the Cuxin tree which is companion planted with the coffee to create shade and a biodiverse and healthy farm system.

  • Dark Tasting Pair

    Two twelve ounce bags of our carefully crafted dark roast coffees,  Gato Negro from Mexico and Commonwealth from the Americas.

    Gato Negro Rich and smooth with a dark chocolate finish.

    This is the go to coffee for dark roast lovers. It is super smooth and chocolaty. It is versatile enough for all brewing methods and it is great straight or with milk.

    This coffee is grown in the Sierra Madre Mountains of Southern Mexico in the Chiapas region. It is grown by a cooperative group of farmers who work together as the Unión de Ejidos Profesor Otilio Montaño, or UDEPOM, for short. Ninety-nine percent of the Union members are native Mayan, indigenous from Mache, Tzotzi, Tojolaba, Jaleco and Tzeltal origins. The coffee is grown at between 4,800 and 5,400 feet in altitude and is comprised of family farms between one and ten acres. Each worker in the Union is paid on a work-share basis, rather than by farm yield.

    Traditionally, coffees from Asia tend to be quite heavy in body, while coffees from Africa highlight vibrancy, or acidity, and coffees from The Americas are a balance of the two.

    Coffees from The Americas are typically very well balanced. These coffees are smooth in character with aromas and flavors ranging from berry to chocolate. Because of their balanced nature, these coffees work well with most brewing processes from Chemex to Bodum Chambourd and they are great black or paired with milk (from almond to High Lawn).

    Coffees from Asia tend to be heavy bodied and their aromas and flavors feature qualities of nut and chocolate. Each of these coffees is great black yet pairs equally well with your favorite kind of milk (from almond to High Lawn.)     Our approach to dark roasts has as much to do with the character of each coffee we select as it does about their ultimate roast treatment. We craft each coffee to celebrate classic roast styles featuring an array of chocolate flavors complimented by a remarkably smooth finish.

    Although dark roast coffees are quite common, the experiences our dark roasts offer are anything but common.

    Our Dark Roast Sampler features our three proprietary dark roast coffees; one 12oz. bag of our Commonwealth, one 12oz. bag of our French  and one 12oz. bag of our Italian Roast.

  • Espresso Sampler

    This sampler is a great choice for anyone who likes to prepare espresso at home.

    Each of the coffees we have selected are medium roast coffees. Our medium roast treatment allows for perfect caramelization of the natural sugars in each coffee while still allowing the nuances of the components to shine through. Two of the selections are proprietary Barrington Coffee blends, the Gold and the (413). We have crafted these blends over a quarter century of coffee roasting.

    The third coffee is a single origin coffee from a farm in India that we have worked closely with for many years, the farm is owned by the Shankar family and they call it Kalledevarapura. Each year we purchase the entire harvest of their highest grade of coffee. The Kalledevarapura is a great example of a refined espresso profile embodied in an unblended, single farm coffee which possesses all of the right characteristics for espresso preparation. You will not find this coffee for offer anywhere else in the world.
