This knock-out of a washed Ethiopian coffee is produced by the cooperative group of smallholder farmers at the Rogicha Washing Station within the Rogicha Kebele of Guji in the Oromia region of Ethiopia. Their rich tradition at their cooperative for ripe cherry harvesting combined with new processing equipment at their wet mill has rendered this stellar cup that is surprisingly tuned for espresso preparation.
