This class is designed for anyone and everyone looking to gain a deeper relationship with the coffee that they drink.
Come, roast a batch of coffee with us and learn how to cup coffee, our trade standard method for evaluating coffee quality. We will show you around our facility and help you to build your sensory evaluation skills as well as your coffee lexicon. We will also send you home with a bag of freshly roasted coffee.
-Please wear closed toed shoes and bring a hat or a hair tie to secure your hair during the production segment of this workshop.
-Plan to arrive five minutes prior to the class.
