Juliana Guevara and Wbeimar Lasso have produced this gem of a Gesha at upward of 6400’ on their Finca La Terrazza in La Argentina, Colombia. In an aficionados world currently filled with heavily experimentally processed Gesha varieties, their choice to employ a traditional washed process is as apt as it is refreshing. With generations of coffee cultivation and agricultural engineering backing them up, their release of a traditionally processed Gesha might just be the harbinger of a resurgence of washed Gesha. Only the future will tell…

For now, treat yourself to this beautifully crafted, washed Gesha that displays its careful cultivation and delicate variety character hailing from the high Andes terroir of Huila, Colombia.

After repose, this coffee is sealed in Grain-Pro barrier packaging at origin and then sent on its way to our Roastery where we preserve the green coffee under hermetic seal until it is roasted as part of our Barrington Green Seal Program© .
