This espresso represents the second in a series of current crop Daterra coffees that we will be offering as Single Origin Espresso during the Fall of 2010. All are grown within relatively close proximity to each other, yet each retains a distinct character. Because all other aspects of growing and preparation are so uniform, the aroma and flavor differences are primarily attributed to geographic micro climate and varietal composition.
